Education and Science Management Assessment (ESMA) is a specialized evaluation by the Chartered Culture and Education Institute that measures expertise in leading, managing, and innovating within education and science sectors. The assessment consists of 60 multiple-choice questions and 20 scenario-based quizzes, testing both theoretical knowledge and real-world application. Aligned with global standards, it covers educational leadership, research management, policy development, institutional governance, and innovation strategies.

Certification Path:
- Completing only the assessment grants the ESMAAssessment Completion Certificate.
- Complete the Education Management Executive Certificate and Science Management Executive Certificate, then pass this assessment to earn the Certified Education and Science Management Professional Certificate
